Account Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your JustBorrowThat account and associated personal data, please contact us at support@justborrowthat.com from the email address associated with your account.

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletions, we may verify your identity before processing your request. This may include confirming ownership of the registered email address or other reasonable verification steps.

Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

The following data will be deleted:

Profile information (name, email, phone number, address)

Listings and uploaded images

Messages

Account credentials

Certain transactional records may be retained as required by law or financial regulations (for example, payment records processed via Stripe).
